Make sure to test a small square in case it irritates your skin. Not bad at all, and really beats wearing a binder, but you do still have stuff stuck to your skin. Don't be in a rush, and take the first few times of putting it on and wearing it as an experimental period to figure out how best to use it. It sticks best if you avoid touching the sticky side and apply it without pulling it back up and moving it.
